Frasers, the nationwide UK department store, needed to extend their elevated retail experience beyond their physical department stores to customers at home.
We designed an iOS app that translates the quality and curation of their in-store experience into an intuitive, rewarding digital environment. Features like visual search, live recommendations, and seamless checkout make discovering and purchasing from leading brands feel as thoughtful and sophisticated as shopping in their physical spaces.
The result positioned Frasers as a luxury retail destination that understands how to serve customers across every touchpoint.
