Frasers, formerly House of Fraser, approached us to design a new iOS app for their UK-wide department stores. No stranger to pushing the boundaries of traditional retail environments, Frasers wanted to provide customers with the same elevated experience from the comfort of their own home.
We designed an app that reflected the quality of the brands on offer. We made it easy to discover new designers, quickly find items by taking a photo or scanning a barcode, get personalized recommendations as you browse the store, and checkout effortlessly with Apple Pay — one tap and you're done.
